VEGITABLE FRIED RICE


Ingrediants;

1 cup basmati rice or normal rice cleaned & soaked in water for 1/2 hr

1 cup of different veggies of your choice chopped length wise

1 tsp of shajeera

1/4 tsp of snauf

1 bay leaf 

1 tsp of ginger & garlic paste 

1 slitted green chilli

1/2 " cinnamon 

1 cardamom 

1 clove

Others;


1/2 to 1 tsp of soya sauce 

1 tsp of vinegar 

1 to 2 tsp chilli sauce 

Salt as per taste 

Pinch of sugar 

1 tsp of oil & 1 tsp of ghee




Method;

1. In a pan heat oil & ghee then add shajeera,cinamon,snauf,clove & cardamom & fry then add ginger garlic paste & fry now add chopped veggies & fry for few minutes & add soaked rice & fry for few minutes then add all other ingredients & mix & add 2 cups of water & mix well & close & cook on low flame until done or else you can cook in cooker for 2-3 whistle or else cook rice & keep ready & cook veggies until done & add cooked rice & other ingredients & mix well.

2. Serve hot with any side.
