RAGI PADDU

Paddu,guntponglu,paniyaram any name you can call it,normally we make with idli batter or but i make with separate measurement,now a days we can see many types of paddu,here i have tried even oats paddu today i tried to make ragi paddu,which is very healthy,it is very easy & tasty too.


Ingrediants;

1 cup urad dal
1 cup ragi or finger millet
1 cup idli rice or normal rice
Salt as per taste
1 tsp sugar for taste
Water for grinding as required

Method;
1. Soak everything in sufficiant water for 4-5 hrs,& grind into smooth paste by adding sufficiant water & add salt & mix well & leave it fermant over night.

2. Next day add sugar & mix well & heat paddu maker & brush with little oil & pour spoonful of batter & sprinkle littleoil & cook by covering both the sides on medium high flame.

3. Remove & serve hot with any side you like.
