PAPAYA WITH ALMOND DRINK


Papaya & badam drink or milkshake or juice ...very tasty & healthy & also very easy to make.while you start drinking you will feel tge crunchy ness of badam & you love it 😊.
As all know papaya & badam both are very healthy for us...let us see some benefits of papaya now...
Papayas are source of  vitamin C,vitamin A,magnesium & copper......etc.,

Ingredients;

1 medium 1/2 ripe papaya cut into large pieces
10-12 pieces of badam ( skin removed & kept in fridge for few hrs)
Ice cubes
Sugar as per taste
Fresh cream 1/2 cup ( i used amul fresh cream)
Milk 1/2-1 cup ( chilled or warm)

Method;

1. Cut papaya to big pieces & put in a mixie jar & add badam & cream & blend until smooth,then add sugar & milk & blend & lastly add ice cubes & blend for few more seconds.

2. Remove & pour into tall glases & put ice cubes & serve chilled.


Note;
1. Almonds should be kept in fridge for its crunchyness.

2. When you blend with papaya almonds should not be grounded to paste it should be little coarse becaz  the pieces of almonds should get while you are drinking,sure you like that.
