Cake pancake,I know you are thinking what is this !!!???,oh oh,wait...i will tell you.yes this is prepared by using cake.sometimes,cake will be left which we have bought or made at home,ya your guess is correct,i had prepared eggless cake by using chickpea flour ( i have posted the recipe) one medium size piece was let in the box.hmmm.,i was not willing to eat so suddenly flashed in my mind that why can't i try pancakes from this,so i started my work 😉 it is very easy & simple to make.actually sweet lovers will like this very much,it is mild sweet & soft . If you don't want sweet taste try spicy pancakes.this can be made with many variations as you like. Normally kids or elders don't like to eat cakes another day also so without throwing you can try this.this cake pancakes can be served with cream or fruits or any dipping sauce like tomato sauce.or serve with i scream you scream for ice cream,yes with ice cream & enjoy.😋😊
Ingredients:
1 medium large cake piece
2-3 tbsp of chickpea flour or rice flour or maida ( i used chickpea flour)
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp curds
Water as needed to make thick batter
Method:
1. Powder the cake ( you can make in mixie) & add all other ingredients & add little by little water & make little thick batter ( pancake batter) & keep aside for 1/2 hr.
2. Heat a pan on medium heat & pour one small ladle of cake batter & simply tap with the backside of the ladle do not try to spread.smear little ghee or oil & cover & cook on medium low flame until sudes starts browining.
3. Remove & serve with your fav side.
