Oats dosa is prepared by using oats,this is instant dosa where you can prepare when you wish to prepare,no fermentation needed.it is very healthy & tasty dosa very easy to prepare within no time with very few ingredients,but onething is you should eat this dosa when it is hot,& it will be very good taste,but don't think that after that you can't use,no you can eat,but while it is hot it is still ......😋.from oats nowadays it us used verymuch in our daily food,where it is used to make many dishes like dosa,paddu,idli,cookies,ladoo...both sweets & savoury.because it is very healthy,some will replace oats instead if breakfast,& some may don't like to eat oats in same form,especially children,so

Ingredients;
1 cup of oats ( i used quick cook oats)
1/2 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup semolina or suji or rava ( regular)
2 tbsp of curds
Salt as needed
Sugar very little
4-5 green chillies finely chopped
Few curry leaves finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Water as needed for making batter
Oil fir sprinkling on dosa
Method;
1. Dry fry oats until nice aroma comes & slightly it changes it's colour,& grind to fine powder .
2. In a vessal take all ingredients & mix tyen add curds & little by little water & make batter,it should not be too thin or thick it should be medium.
3. Keep aside for 1/2 hr.
4. Heat a tava & pour a ladle full of batter & spread as much thin it becomes,& smear some oil & cover & cook on medium flame until it turns golden brown colour & crisp.
5. Remove & serve hot with chutney.
