EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CRINKLES

Chocolate crinkles,these are very tasty cookies,which i got from simply recipes blog.actually it is with egg.but i tried as eggless.it came out very well.it is little bit crunchy outside & soft inside
actually,it taste like soft chocolate cake.truly,i liked it very much.people who are craving for
chocolate will love these cookies.it is crunchy outside & yummy chocolaty inside.,rolled on powdered sugar or confectionary sugar.

Ingredients:
Maida/ all purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Confectioners sugar 1/2 cup ( powdered)
Any vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Un sweetened cocoa powder
vanilla extract1 tsp  ( optional)
Espresso powder 1/2 tsp ( optional)
Milk for binding ( making dough)

Method:
1. In a wide bowl mix oil,sugar & cocoa powder until it is shiny & looks dark colour,then add vanilla extract( if you are using) & mix well.

2. In another bowl sift flour with baking powder & espresso powder ( if using) & salt & mix.

3. Gradually,start adding the flour mixture to chocolate mixture little by little & make a soft dough together by adding little ( 1tsp at a time) by little milk do not knead it too much.( all flour should come together & form a ball)

4. Cver the dough in a cling wrap & put it in fridge For 4-5 hrs. Or over night.

5. Next day pre heat the oven for @ 177 dig., cent.,

6. Grease a baking tray & spread a parchment paper,& take confectioners or powdered sugar in a bowl or plate.

7. Take some dough & roll it with your palms to round shape & again roll it on powdered sugar & arange on baking tray by leaving little gap in between.

8. Bake in pre heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes,leave it on baking tray for few minutes after baking & cool completely on a wire rack & store.

9. Enjoy.

Notes; 1, if you want you can make any changes like by adding chopped nuts & sprinkle colourful sugars ( candy type) and if you want after baking you can sprinkle more sugar.

2. In this recipe i have not used both espresso powder & vanilla extract,if you want you can add.

3. Original recipe used confectioners sugar/powdered sugar here i have used very fine sugar,because i like that sparkling texture.

4. Instead of eggs i used milk.
