ವೆಜಿಟಬಲ್ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್ ದೋಸೆ
Veggie noodles dosa,actually,this is the first time i tried this dosa,i was preparing normal dosas,like masala dosa,plain dosa etc., but there is a reason to make this dosa today,my daughter arrived from india yesterday,so i did not want to prepare normal dishes, so i was thinking & thinking what to prepare,then i remembered i had made dosa batter to prepare dosas so i decided to make some changes in normal plain dosa & i remembered one recipe which i saw few days back,some noodles stuffed dosabut i don't remember the correct name,i named it as veggie noodles dosa.it was hit my daughter liked it very much,so you can also make this dosa,sure kids like this,you can pack for them to schools,here it is......
Ingredients
2 cups dosa batter
1 small pack noodles ( chinese)
1 cup different types of vegetables ( peas,carrot,beans & onion you can add any other vegetables also)
Others
Oil 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp ( if u want u can add more)
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp ( you can substitute with green chillies)
Salt as per taste
Sugar pinch for taste
Method
Cook all finely chopped vegetables,keep ready.
Heat oil in a wide pan & add onions , & fry until transperent.then add cooked vegetables & mix,next add soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar,& mix then add salt & sugar & mix throughly.that sauce should be coated neatly.
Heat tava & pour 1 ladle of dosa batter & spread evenly ( it should not be too thin or thick it should
be medium) cover & cook on medium flame until the bottom turns golden color.
Then spread 1 tsp tomato sauce on dosa & put veggie noodles for one side & try to roll from one end to another thinly as much as possible,that kids can hold & eat.( in my picture it is little wide i have rolled becaz i want to show stuffing of noodles).
Serve as it is or with chutney or tomato sauce.
