PUDINA WITH PEAS PULAO

Pudina with peas pulao or rice,pudina is also called as mint leaves,this is very tasty & easy dish to prepare.both peas & pudina are used in many varieties of dish,these both are very healthy

ಪುದೀನ ಮತ್ತು ಬಟಾಣಿ

Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 cup pudina grinded
1/2 cup peas
Salt as needed
1/2 tsp sugar ( optional)
2-3 green chillies
Curry leaves 1 string
1/2 tsp red chilli powder ( as per your spicyness)

Seasoning

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustered seeds
1/2" cinnamon
1 clove
1 pod cardamom

Others
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method

  Step 1Cook rice & keep aside

Step 2Grind pudina & green chilli

Step 3Heat oil in a pan & add mustered seeds,jeera,cinnamon,clove & cardamom & curry leaves & sauté add peas & cook for few mins & add pudina paste & cook for few mins or until the rawness 
goes.

Step 4Then add cooked rice & mix then add salt,sugar & mix well

Step 5Lastly remove from fire & add lemon juice & mix well

Step 6Serve with any raita.
