ONION PAKODA

                                                                            ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಪಕೋಡ
Onion pakoda is famous & very tasty snack,which can be served with tea/coffee or else with lunch or dinner,everyone like this snack,in my home this is everyones favourite snack.very easy to prepare,you can serve chutney,tomato sauce or pickle as side dip with this.


Ingredients
1 cup kadale hittu1 tsp ghee/ butter
½ cup akki hittu1 string curry leaves
1 tsp salt1 string coriender
½ tsp soda(optional)1 cup onions cutted horizontally  
1 - 2 pcs green chilliesslittedhorizontally


Method
1 tsp broken cashews
Step 1Mix every thing except gram flour .

Step 2. Sprinkle gram flour & mix ( no need of whole 1 cup) there will be moisture in onion it helps to bind & if needed sprinkle little water at a time and mix throughly.

Step 2Keep oil for heat for deep frying

Step 3When oil is hot drop little by little pakora batter into oil & deep fry till it is golden brown

Step 4Remove extra oil putting on tissue or kitchen towel

Step 5Enjoy with any chutney or like that only.

Step 6Notes: do not mix the batter to liquid,
